Story & Motion Media was commissioned to produce a cinematic documentary marking 20 years of Unique Soundz Roadshow (USR) — one of the UK’s most respected and in-demand DJ and production companies. We were also set out to produce high-impact next-day edits for each of USR’s Dubai events — including their vibrant welcome white party and the grand gala celebration.
The goal? To create a high-impact, emotionally driven film that would showcase USR’s rise from grassroots weddings in the UK to international stages in Dubai, France, and beyond. This wasn't just a retrospective — it was a bold statement about their global reach, their future ambitions, and their ability to create world-class experiences.
Filming Locations: Dubai, UK, and Cannes
The documentary was filmed across three iconic destinations:
Dubai: Featuring events at The Ritz-Carlton and The Address Skyview, including interviews with DJ Bliss, Bobby Friction, and H Dhami.
Cannes: Capturing an exclusive 50th birthday event where USR headlined.
United Kingdom: Documenting the roots and early rise of the brand through interviews and archive footage.
Each scene was carefully crafted with cinematic visuals, drone footage, and authentic storytelling — blending luxury production values with raw human emotion.
